ABET ACCREDITATION COMMITTEE

Objectives of the Committee​

1. Provide leadership, guidance, and support in the implementation of ABET assessments standards and procedures.

2. Guide and lead the specialization departments in delivery of high quality educational programs and assist them in alignment with the requirements of the Technology Accreditation Commission​ (TAC) of ABET, Inc.

3. Educate the faculty and staff on ABET standards for associate degree programs of JIC.    

4. Assign various tasks to the departmental ABET Committees and provide assistance on time-framed action plan for assessment and improvement if needed.​
